Service area within 10km of Annapolis Royal town limits. Booking in advance recommended. Please wait at least 2 weeks after cesarean section to receive massage. Your massage therapist will assess the most comfortable position for you to be in during the treatment. Postnatal massage helps relieve muscle tension, reduce swelling, and enhance well being during the first 12 weeks after birth.
